Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the QA strategy while fostering a quality-first culture across scrum teams
- Own functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple Salesforce environments
- Design, document, and execute both manual and automated test cases for new features and existing functionality
- Monitor and communicate the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases on current system operations
- Analyze testing patterns to identify inefficiencies and pain points in the Salesforce implementation
- Create and maintain comprehensive internal testing documentation and knowledge bases
- Provide structured feedback to influence the Salesforce roadmap and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong foundation in QA methodologies and software testing best practices
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
- One QA-related certification (CAT, ISTQB Certified Tester, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
