2+ years of Salesforce administration experience in Lightning for Sales and Service Cloud is required. This experience level ensures candidates have hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, user management, and troubleshooting skills necessary to support a complex, multi-cloud environment with thousands of users.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify strategic support opportunities and achieve organizational goals
- Build and enhance complex Salesforce solutions using flows, process builders, workflows, and validation rules
- Monitor user adoption strategies and advocate for platform best practices across the organization
- Support UAT testing, conduct user training sessions, and manage Sandbox environment refreshes
- Perform bulk data operations using data loader and implement data quality management through de-duplication techniques
- Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, permission sets, roles, and track licensing costs
- Design intuitive system UI based on business requirements and continuously enhance user experience
- Participate actively in Agile and Scrum ceremonies as part of the development lifecycle
- Provide direct end-user support for troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Create and maintain user training guides, SOPs, and documentation to build organizational knowledge
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend process improvements based on new features
- Drive continuous platform enhancements to optimize performance and user satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, security constructs, and best practices
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft software products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and consensus-building abilities
- Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
