Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to analyze business and functional requirements
- Create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce CRM and FSC applications
- Execute various testing types including Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT
- Use Salesforce tools like Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for data validation and testing
- Validate customizations, workflows, and automation in Salesforce FSC Lightning components
- Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools with clear documentation
- Work with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall test coverage
- Perform end-to-end validation of Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Ensure data integrity across integrated systems and multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Communicate test status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders regularly
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and test automation efficiency
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM application testing
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning components
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Flows, Triggers, and Apex code
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security models, and metadata configurations
