Experience Required

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of implementation projects from start to finish and ensure successful delivery
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business processes and functional requirements
- Configure Salesforce systems based on client needs while following best practices and project timelines
- Support clients during testing phases, troubleshoot issues, and refine solutions using an agile approach
- Deliver training sessions to client teams on functional solutions and system usage
- Provide hands-on support during Go-Live phases and ensure smooth transitions
- Participate in post-implementation knowledge transfer and offer technical expertise to support teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience working with Databases and Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of project management practices, data processes, and business terminology
- Experience with Salesforce user management (Profiles, Roles, Account creation, Fields, and Layouts)
- Proficiency in data management tasks including import/export and data integrity maintenance using validation rules
- Knowledge of Salesforce security features like Sharing rules and Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD)
- Experience with Salesforce automation to streamline manual tasks
- Ability to install and configure third-party integrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide training
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining complex Salesforce instances
- Preferred: Salesforce Admin certification, client project handling experience, Apex coding knowledge
