Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Salesforce-connected applications including Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Certinia, and custom .Net applications
- Support external vendor integrations through CRM-to-CRM interfaces and manage change requests
- Monitor production environments to ensure maximum system availability and proactively identify potential issues
- Resolve end-user issues within agreed service level agreements while maintaining high satisfaction ratings
- Participate in outage management, including status communication, problem detection, and root cause analysis
- Document technical processes and contribute to the knowledge base for team reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to maintain system stability and reliability
- Provide on-call support and develop solutions to resolve platform defects
- Assist in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and organizational standards
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or similar field
- 0-1 year experience in an analyst or support role
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce.com platform
