Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Salesforce-connected applications including Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Certinia, and custom .Net applications
  • Support external vendor integrations through CRM-to-CRM interfaces and manage change requests
  • Monitor production environments to ensure maximum system availability and proactively identify potential issues
  • Resolve end-user issues within agreed service level agreements while maintaining high satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in outage management, including status communication, problem detection, and root cause analysis
  • Document technical processes and contribute to the knowledge base for team reference
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to maintain system stability and reliability
  • Provide on-call support and develop solutions to resolve platform defects
  • Assist in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and organizational standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or similar field
