Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze complex requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Leverage Salesforce CPQ, Apttus CLM, and core platform capabilities to deliver robust business solutions
- Provide strategic recommendations on utilizing standard Salesforce features versus custom development approaches
- Ensure solutions balance efficiency, flexibility, and business requirements
DevOps & Copado Expertise:
- Implement and manage comprehensive CI/CD pipelines using Copado for streamlined deployment processes
- Guide development teams on Copado best practices and robust version control methodologies
- Ensure efficient release management and deployment strategies across environments
Mentorship & Leadership:
- Mentor and develop junior Salesforce developers, enhancing their technical skills and career growth
- Foster a collaborative culture of continuous learning and innovation within the development team
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making processes
Quality Assurance & Optimization:
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices
- Continuously optimize platform performance and recommend system enhancements

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with proven track record
- Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer II
- Core Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Expert-level knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP API integrations
- Strong expertise in declarative automation using Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows)
- Specialized Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
- Proven expertise in Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Strong proficiency in the Copado DevOps platform and CI/CD pipeline management
- Leadership & Communication:
- Demonstrated experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce technologies
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical teams
