Salesforce Developer Job Overview
Winfomi is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce applications to meet business needs. You’ll be working with a talented group of developers and collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to create innovative solutions using Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Development: Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Flows, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, applications, and databases using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Data Management: Manage data migrations, maintain data quality, and implement processes for efficient data management within Salesforce.
- Automation: Develop workflow rules, process builder flows, and other automation processes to improve business processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and user interfaces to align with specific business needs and workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (analysts, admins, and stakeholders) to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debug issues, and ensure the overall quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and code changes to support future development.
- Security: Implement Salesforce security best practices to ensure proper user permissions, access control, and profile management.
- Training & Support: Assist end-users with training on Salesforce functionality and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred), but other Salesforce certifications are also beneficial.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Integration Skills: Experience with integrating Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling and Salesforce data structures.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
