Job Description:
Motive is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in building and maintaining systems that serve our customers and internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance. Your work will directly contribute to Motive’s growth and global expansion through scalable Salesforce solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain efficient code supported by the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with technical leads to understand codebase requirements
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and conduct product demonstrations
- Respond swiftly to production disruptions and resolve issues
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write test classes
- Customize Salesforce applications and integrate third-party systems
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuously stay updated with Salesforce innovations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher)
- Expertise in LWC, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proficient in CI/CD DevOps procedures using GitHub, GearSet, and sfdx
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
