- Analyze client requirements and design high-value Salesforce-based solutions
- Configure Salesforce features, conduct demos, and lead Proof of Concept (POC) sessions
- Provide effort estimates and assist in proposal creation
- Lead small projects or initiatives and support organization-wide programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Drive digital transformation through CRM modernization using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning
