About the Role:
Amazon Pay is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer who is passionate, self-driven, and technically strong to join its high-impact, innovative team. You’ll be solving ambiguous problems, owning the design and development of Salesforce solutions, and playing a strategic role in accelerating the adoption of Salesforce across Amazon Pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and more.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with backend systems, third-party tools, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize performance, ensure security, and apply best practices in all stages of development.
- Participate in code reviews, solution architecture, and CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Resolve support requests and contribute to ongoing system governance and compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and reliable systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, source control, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Experience leading end-to-end solution architecture on Salesforce.
