Responsibilities
As an Associate Staff Engineer specializing in CRM Salesforce (OmniStudio), you will:
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into elegant technical designs
- Map decisions with requirements and effectively communicate them to developers
- Identify and select optimal solutions that meet client requirements
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) during project implementation
- Create and review design documents explaining overall architecture, frameworks, and high-level application design
- Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs
- Develop comprehensive solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- Select appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks for implementation
- Understand and apply technology integration scenarios to projects
- Resolve issues during code reviews through systematic root cause analysis
- Conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) to validate proposed designs and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong architectural experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Extensive working experience with OmniStudio
- Experience in architectural design and integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Skills in implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Expertise in Salesforce development tools (Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, CLI)
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools (Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices
- Troubleshooting skills for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Knowledge of current Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent
