Key Responsibilities
Join our growing team as a Salesforce Developer where you’ll focus on developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce applications within a dynamic sales and service environment. You’ll design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, workflows, components, and integrations while writing and optimizing SQL queries and backend scripts to support Salesforce functionality.
Your role involves translating business needs into technical solutions through collaboration with internal stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation, and following SDLC best practices. You’ll participate in Agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical design discussions while providing support for incident resolution and implementing necessary enhancements.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with code deployments and configurations across environments, providing mentorship to junior team members, and participating in rotational on-call support to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong SQL programming experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and version control systems (Azure DevOps, Git)
- Understanding of CI/CD practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments
- Experience in a sales-driven organization (highly preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional programming languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, C#, React)
- Knowledge of SDLC best practices
- Mentorship experience
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
