Responsibilities
Solution Development & Implementation:
- Translate business and technical requirements into working Salesforce solutions with guidance from team members and leadership
- Design, prototype, build, and configure solutions following best practices with minimal oversight
- Apply established team standards throughout the solution development lifecycle
- Develop solutions within Hyland’s Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
Specialized Salesforce Development:
- Work extensively with managed package,s including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing solutions
- Utilize both declarative and programmatic capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Develop integrations with related packages and applications
- Configure and customize Revenue Cloud functionalities to meet business requirements
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration testing for business applications
- Ensure optimal performance and resolve any identified issues
- Advise business customers on effective testing practices and methodologies
- Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the development process
Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members to gain approval on developed solutions
- Revise and modify solutions based on feedback and changing requirements
- Collaborate with various business areas in solution development
- Provide valuable input on improving team standards and processes
DevOps & Maintenance:
- Migrate solutions within the DevOps pipeline using designated tools and processes
- Maintain and support developed solutions post-implementation

Project Management Support:
- Assist with planning, prioritizing, and estimating incoming work

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform

- Experience with CPQ and Billing managed packages
- Proficiency in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development approaches
