Responsibilities

Salesforce Application Management:

  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting across multiple Salesforce applications and servers
  • Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure application reliability and performance
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all Salesforce implementations
  • Manage data loading processes and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Handle multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Project Participation & Planning:

  • Actively participate in estimation processes for new projects and enhancements
  • Contribute to the use case specifications and requirements gathering
  • Review and validate test plans and test cases for accuracy and completeness
  • Engage in comprehensive project planning and timeline development
  • Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues across Salesforce environments

CPQ Integration & Management:

  • Work extensively with Oracle CPQ systems and Salesforce integrations
  • Read and analyze logs from Oracle CPQ for troubleshooting and optimization
  • Create and manage users within CPQ systems
  • Update and maintain data tables in CPQ environments
  • Ensure seamless integration between CPQ and Salesforce platforms

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Assist with capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions and interactive dashboards
  • Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements

Technical Collaboration:

Requirements

Essential Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
  • College degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Proven CPQ experience with practical implementation knowledge
  • Experience reading and analyzing logs from Oracle CPQ systems
  • Hands-on experience creating users and updating data tables in CPQ
  • 2+ years working with SaaS-based tool sets and cloud platforms
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Suite applications and collaboration tools

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Proficiency in Oracle CPQ and Salesforce integrations
  • Experience with troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of data management and loading processes
  • Understanding of unit testing methodologies and best practices
