Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, high-quality code using the Salesforce platform
- Understand project scope and timelines for assigned programs
- Work within integrated CI/CD environments
- Collaborate with technical leads to meet codebase requirements and develop according to specifications
- Conduct product demonstrations during Sprint Reviews
- Actively participate in all scrum ceremonies
- Respond promptly to production disruptions and resolve issues as they occur
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and maintain comprehensive code documentation
- Write and maintain test classes for all custom development work
- Analyze business needs with technical SMEs and design tailored Salesforce solutions
- Customize Salesforce applications and integrate third-party systems
- Contribute to technical documentation and maintain high attention to detail
- Stay updated with latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher)
- Expert proficiency in LWC, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Proficiency with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps procedures, GitHub, and GearSet
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPQ experience
- Commerce Cloud experience
- Familiarity with sfdx
- Experience in integrated development environments
