Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Lead development and implementation using advanced Salesforce technologies including APEX Debugging and Logging, APEX Optimization and Best Practices
- Master Salesforce Apex Development, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), and DevOps tools like Gearset Copado
- Develop expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Lightning Web Components Framework, and Platform Administration
- Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions that support global operations across multiple regions
- Collaborate closely with USA stakeholders across product management and engineering teams
- Drive technical excellence through comprehensive code reviews, architectural decisions, and implementation of best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with international teams using collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
- Actively participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning activities
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and create comprehensive technical documentation across regions
- Support 24/7 operations through on-call rotations and efficient incident response
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and performance
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and make critical architectural decisions
- Mentor junior team members and actively promote knowledge sharing across the organization
- Work extensively with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Aura to LWC migration, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Requirements
Professional Experience:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software development, system administration, or related technical domains
- Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies with proven track record of successful implementations
- Global collaboration experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Industry knowledge in automotive, manufacturing, or enterprise software environments preferred
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in APEX Debugging and Logging, APEX Optimization and Best Practices
- Expert-level skills in Salesforce Apex Development, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), and DevOps (Gearset Copado)
- Mastery of Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, LWC Framework, and Platform Administration
