Responsibilities
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process requirements on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud • Develop and implement business deliverables using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and complex flows • Prepare technical design documents for development work and understand business requirements • Collaborate with leads, architects, and cross-functional IT teams across US and offshore locations • Perform advanced debugging skills and read through debug logs to understand technical flow • Work with integration capabilities including APIs and middleware solutions • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve code quality and reduce technical debt • Adhere to Salesforce best practices and perform code reviews of peer team members • Maintain current knowledge of relevant Salesforce features to provide accurate solutions
Requirements
