Experience Required

5+ years of progressive Salesforce experience with minimum 2+ years in L3 enterprise support. This experience level is essential as the role involves managing complex enterprise environments, handling escalated incidents, and providing strategic guidance across multiple Salesforce clouds. The depth of experience ensures capability to troubleshoot sophisticated integrations and drive platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to end-users across APAC countries experiencing Salesforce and associated application issues • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex escalated incidents while documenting comprehensive root cause analyses • Fulfill critical service requests including user management, data updates, and configuration adjustments for Salesforce updates • Manage specialized support for Salesforce integrations with Outlook/Google Suite, SSO, MuleSoft APIs, and connected systems • Analyze and assess change request feasibility, providing detailed effort estimations and strategic recommendations to business leaders • Proactively identify platform improvement opportunities and suggest solutions for enhanced robustness and efficiency • Foster strong relationships with support teams through guidance, training, and comprehensive knowledge transfer • Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, incident reports, and performance metrics for regular reporting • Participate actively in the complete application lifecycle with focus on coding, debugging, and performance optimization • Configure Salesforce settings, profiles, roles, and permissions to meet diverse user requirements across regions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management and technology implementation • 2+ years of proven L3 Salesforce support experience in complex enterprise environments • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce configurations, customizations, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components • Strong experience with web services, SOQL, Visual Studio Code/Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards • Proven integration expertise with Outlook/Google Suite, SSO, and MuleSoft platforms • Hands-on experience with source control tools and Salesforce static code analysis tools • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, MuleSoft, and third-party system integrations (SAP preferred) • Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies • Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II • Highly Desirable: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant certifications
