Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and translate them into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks
- Develop and unit test Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers
- Resolve bugs and support requests within agreed timelines while maintaining code quality
- Provide consistent status updates to managers and stakeholders on development progress
- Implement configuration changes and maintain existing Salesforce features across multiple clouds
- Contribute to team knowledge bases and technical documentation for better collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT preferred) or Master of Computer Applications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers
- Hands-on experience with Flows and Salesforce Integrations
- Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms
- Understanding of Salesforce Application Architect principles
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred)
- Solid grasp of Salesforce development lifecycle and agile methodologies
