Experience Required
Candidates should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, ideally in a SaaS environment. This experience level ensures you have the technical depth to manage complex CPQ systems while bringing fresh perspectives to process optimization. Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in operations roles will help you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
- Manage and own the CPQ KTLO ticket queue, ensuring proper task assignment and follow-through
- Support GTM initiatives and sales productivity enhancements through CPQ implementations
- Compile regular reports and status updates to drive timely delivery of business requests
- Lead Salesforce CPQ system enhancements from requirements gathering to launch and training
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications using CPQ best practices
- Provide expert-level systems support to sales, deal operations, and field support teams
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to implement scalable, efficient solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive CPQ documentation with regular updates
- Advocate for optimized user experience by aligning system changes with business feedback
- Analyze CPQ workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
Requirements
- 2+ years in Business Systems Analyst or Operations roles, preferably in SaaS
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience (highly preferred)
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance technical knowledge and business needs
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex information
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and quality delivery
- High-energy, collaborative approach with a company-first attitude
- SFDC administration experience is a plus
- Familiarity with AI concepts in sales functions is advantageous
