Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce system administrator for users across the organization
- Serve as the main point of contact between users, leadership, and development teams
- Handle user license management including activation, deactivation, and permissions
- Triage and resolve incoming service requests via ServiceNow
- Perform regular user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare for system upgrades
