Responsibilities
Business Systems Integration:
- Partner with engineering, business, privacy, security, and legal teams to enable and sustain business systems supporting the Devices and Services product area
- Identify time-consuming internal processes and build scalable solutions
- Listen to and translate Googler’s needs into high-level technical specifications
Salesforce Development & Architecture:
- Design, develop, and sustain business-critical applications leveraging the Salesforce platform
- Work with cross-functional teams to create an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Develop and support Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning technologies
- Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of CRM modules for business automation
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive system goals
- Consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation
- Collaborate across multiple teams to support cross-functional use cases
- Drive system integration initiatives across the organization
Technical Leadership:
- Integrate Salesforce with various business applications within Google’s ecosystem
- Ensure solutions are reliable and scalable for enterprise-level implementation
- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience with coding in the Apex programming language
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and custom development
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules in Salesforce
- Strong background in integrating Salesforce with business applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning development
- CRM experience with knowledge of cloud industry and business channels
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Apex programming and Lightning development
- Salesforce integration patterns and best practices
- Understanding of enterprise system architecture
- Experience with business process automation
- Knowledge of privacy, security, and legal compliance requirements
