Responsibilities
- Design, develop and improve software solutions utilizing industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Ensure code scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to the organization’s technology communities
- Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and ensure secure software solutions
- Develop effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design and reliability
- Provide technical solutions to complex technical problems
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources to solve problems creatively
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Expert in developing Salesforce custom code (Apex classes, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages)
- Proficiency with Aura Lightning components, Salesforce Screen Flows, and Workflows
- Strong understanding of APIs and Salesforce integration capabilities
- Experience with Web Services, REST API, and SOAP
- Good knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD toolset
- Strong grasp of enterprise design principles for secure, fault-tolerant systems
- Experience in developing custom UI solutions
- Analytical skills for root cause identification and proactive design improvement
