Milacron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their IT team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in software applications and will provide first-level support to users while maintaining and updating Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to users, resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to address issues and perform software updates.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements in the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct user training and contribute to technical documentation.
- Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure secure access.
- Participate in code deployment and release cycles to enhance Salesforce functionality.
