Job Description:
MongoDB is seeking a proactive Salesforce Support Engineer to join their CRM Support team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about improving and enhancing Salesforce platforms. You’ll work on everything from user management, support tickets, to designing scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Your expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and integration will help streamline operations and ensure optimal user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing Salesforce systems, resolving complex integration issues, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage Salesforce standard objects such as Accounts, Opportunities, Products, Leads, and more.
- Handle Salesforce administration tasks, including object management, flows, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Visualforce, APEX, Lightning components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL.
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications like Xactly, Mulesoft, and Boostup.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, and provide solutions using Salesforce APIs and tools.
- Generate resources for knowledge bases and streamline customer operations.
- Address complex customer service problems with efficiency, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly targets in key performance areas such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, programming, or API integration.
- Proven experience in L1/L2 support roles managing customer-facing applications.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and integration practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Requirements:
- Salesforce Certifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud products like Sales Cloud, CPQ, Certinia, etc.
- Previous experience working in Agile or SCRUM environments.
