Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive software development lifecycle activities including design, code implementation, testing, and ongoing support
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions that enable clients’ digital transformation journeys
- Work towards delivering specific project milestones and objectives within an agile development environment
- Collaborate effectively with diverse, multicultural teams across different time zones
- Demonstrate autonomous work capabilities while maintaining strong communication standards
- Support clients’ Salesforce cloud implementations and optimizations
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic hands-on experience with at least one Salesforce cloud platform
- Foundational knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration capabilities
- Proficiency in writing and executing Salesforce test classes
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Exposure to development and deployment frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience working in Agile development environments
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and gather business requirements
- Experience collaborating with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
