About the Role:
Red Hat’s Salesforce CPQ team seeks a Senior Salesforce Application Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Lightning. You’ll work on product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions (product configuration, pricing models, quote generation)
- Work with both declarative (Flow, Approval Processes) and programmatic (Apex, Lightning Web Components) solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ performance and integrations
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce CPQ
- Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing models, and product catalogs
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools
- Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD practices
