Responsibilities
• Develop Life Sciences-specific CRM functionalities in Salesforce Sales Cloud for HCP/HCO engagement • Build custom Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages for pharmaceutical workflows • Implement consent tracking, call planning, and sample management systems for field representatives • Create omnichannel engagement workflows for MSLs and sales teams • Optimize Apex code, SOQL queries, and Lightning components for high performance and scalability • Ensure role-based security and field-level encryption for HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA compliance • Collaborate with onshore architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions • Participate in Agile development processes including scrum meetings and sprint planning • Implement Salesforce DevOps methodologies using CI/CD automation tools • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide deployment support
Requirements
