Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and frameworks like TestNG or Cucumber
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to analyze requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria development
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing to validate software quality
- Conduct API testing using tools like REST Assured and Postman to ensure seamless integrations
- Manage test data, environment setup, and CI/CD pipeline integration using tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps
- Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work closely with developers for timely resolution
- Use JIRA for test management and defect tracking while maintaining documentation in Confluence

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
