Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components
- Configure and customize Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features to meet business requirements
- Build and maintain Lightning flows, validation rules, approval processes, and flexi pages
- Develop custom APIs and manage integration processes with external systems
- Write clean, high-quality code following industry best practices and conduct thorough code reviews
- Implement security levels, data modeling, sharing rules, and access handling
- Use Git for source control and manage deployments using change-sets and SFDX/SF
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers
- Conduct unit testing to ensure code reliability and performance optimization
- Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and contribute to technical excellence
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Security, Sharing & Visibility, and Data modeling
- Proficiency in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configurations
- Advanced programming skills in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with asynchronous Apex, triggers, test classes, and custom API development
- Knowledge of source control tools (Git) and deployment methodologies
- Familiarity with Developer Console, VS Code, and other Salesforce IDEs
- Understanding of secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation
- Experience with point-and-click customizations and automation tools
- Bonus Skills: Omni Studio, Service Process Studio, Salesforce Knowledge, Financial Service Cloud, Einstein AI features
