Calix is looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or in a similar role, with hands-on Salesforce experience. This level of experience ensures you have the maturity to understand complex business processes, communicate effectively across teams, and design solutions that are both scalable and user-friendly. Your expertise will be crucial in managing large Salesforce orgs and driving meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand and document processes, challenges, and objectives related to Salesforce
  • Convert business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Lead and participate in discovery workshops, requirement sessions, and user interviews
  • Support the Project Manager with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritizing development tasks
  • Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure requirements are clear and technically sound
  • Help coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases, organizing testers, and tracking feedback
  • Develop Release Notes for all stories within the project portfolio
  • Keep system configurations, process workflows, and enhancement documentation up to date
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend scalable solutions
  • Act as the key contact between business users and technical teams throughout project delivery

Requirements

  • Graduate degree with 5+ years in a Business Analyst or Application Analyst role
  • 5+ years supporting Salesforce.com environments with 500+ users
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
  • Strong understanding of data management and reporting within Salesforce
  • Experience creating and managing user stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical language
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in mid-to-large enterprise settings

Preferred Qualifications:
