Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer within our professional services team, you’ll deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that provide insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. You’ll work with market-leading technology and insights to modernize and simplify the customer experience.
You’ll be surrounded by the best in the world, contributing to CX transformation at scale through human-centered design principles. Your role will involve developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a focus on Sales Cloud implementations.
Working in a remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate with global teams to deliver game-changing solutions that help brands grow and evolve into the future.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years of service experience in Salesforce development
- Strong proficiency in APEX programming
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud functionality and implementation
- Active Salesforce certifications (related to development/administration)
Preferred Experience:
- Background working with Telecom industry solutions
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems built with Salesforce
- Portal development experience
- Understanding of CX transformation and customer experience design
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to challenge conventions and think innovatively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in remote/distributed teams
