Responsibilities
• Lead a team of developers and scale the team as business needs grow • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and leadership on strategy and priorities • Conduct discovery sessions to evaluate solution options for Marketing Cloud and Salesforce • Develop end-to-end features across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and integration services • Build experiences for thousands of sellers and partners globally • Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structures for complex projects • Own complete solution delivery from technical design through production release • Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members • Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and platform best practices • Work with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) software solutions and integrations • Maintain security-focused development practices considering SOQL, Apex, and platform vulnerabilities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience with advanced platform knowledge • Excellent command of Salesforce development tools and best practices • Understanding of CLM software solutions and integration patterns • Security-minded approach with knowledge of platform vulnerabilities • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Experience with SOQL, Apex, Flows, LWC, and security considerations • Fanatical focus on seller and partner user experience • Ability to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST hours • CLM certifications and Salesforce certifications (preferred) • Experience with Copado, Git, and Snowflake (bonus points)
