Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce system administrator for all users across the organization
- Serve as the main liaison between users, leadership, and development teams
- Manage end-to-end license management including activation, deactivation, and permissions
- Handle incoming ServiceNow requests and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain and update accounts, opportunities, contacts, leads, campaigns, and dashboards
- Perform data cleansing activities across all Salesforce objects for NSE geographies
- Create customized reports and dashboards based on business requirements
- Conduct regular user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare for system upgrades
- Educate new users and promote Salesforce adoption across teams
- Document and maintain process guidelines for reference
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate teams while ensuring SLA compliance
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and Deloitte policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce.com administrator experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and core functionalities
- Salesforce Admin certification (preferred)
- Excellent data management and data quality skills
- Working experience with ServiceNow tool (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience creating advanced reports and dashboards
- Basic knowledge of Data Loader for bulk data operations
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact across all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple requests
- Customer service mindset with calm demeanor and effective questioning skills
- Team player with positive attitude and adaptability to change
- Experience supporting users in different time zones is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM functionalities and Marketing Automation tools (preferred)
