Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management and technology, with at least 2 years in L3 Salesforce support within complex enterprise environments. This experience level ensures you have the technical depth and business acumen needed to handle sophisticated integrations and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Provide expert-level technical support to end-users across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud • Investigate and resolve complex escalated incidents while documenting solutions and preventative measures
• Handle service requests including user management, data updates, and configuration adjustments • Support critical integrations with Outlook/Google Suite, SSO, MuleSoft APIs, and connected systems • Analyze change requests and provide detailed effort estimations and solution recommendations • Proactively identify platform improvements and optimization opportunities • Mentor support teams through guidance, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities and contribute to performance reporting • Participate in full application lifecycle activities including coding, debugging, and unit testing • Configure Salesforce settings, profiles, roles, and permissions to meet evolving business needs
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience • 5+ years of Salesforce delivery management and business analysis experience • 2+ years of L3 Salesforce support in enterprise environments • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud • Proven experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and web services • Strong knowledge of SOQL, Visual Force, Visual Studio Code/Eclipse IDE, and Data Loader • Integration experience with Outlook/Google Suite, SSO, and MuleSoft • Hands-on experience with source control tools and static code analysis tools • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Agile, and SDLC methodologies • Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II certifications • Highly Desirable: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant certifications • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
