Responsibilities
LWC Development & Salesforce Expertise:
- Design and implement advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) applications with seamless integration to Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems
- Create dynamic, highly interactive user interfaces leveraging LWC, Apex, and a comprehensive Salesforce technology stack
- Optimize LWC components for peak performance through lazy loading, intelligent caching, and efficient DOM manipulation
- Develop sophisticated solutions utilizing Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and proven Integration Patterns
- Lead development of complex front-end components and workflows to elevate the Salesforce user experience
- Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and maintainability best practices across all Salesforce applications
Salesforce Data Cloud Integration:
- Apply foundational understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts, including data ingestion, unification, and segmentation
- Support configuration of Data Cloud data models and seamless integration with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
- Collaborate effectively with data teams to ensure optimal data management and activation across Salesforce ecosystems
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of Data Cloud environments supporting critical business-driven use cases
Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor junior developers and provide strategic technical leadership
- Implement and follow comprehensive code review and branching strategies
- Communicate complex technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Evaluate strategic trade-offs between configuration and custom code solutions
Requirements
Essential Technical Skills:
- 5+ years proven experience in Salesforce development with expertise in LWC, Apex, and Aura components
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS for advanced front-end development
- In-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture, Apex classes, and Visualforce
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, including Objects, Relationships, and SOQL/SOSL
- Strong grasp of Governor Limits and ability to write efficient, scalable code
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes)
Salesforce Data Cloud Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts and customer data unification
- Experience with Data Cloud integrations (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Comfort with data models, data transformation, and identity resolution processes
Development Practices:
- Strong understanding of unit testing, test coverage, and real-world business scenario testing
