2+ years of Salesforce CRM and CPQ administration experience is required, along with mandatory Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification. Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM platform ensuring smooth daily operations • Manage and configure Salesforce CPQ applications to streamline sales processes • Create and update user profiles, validation rules, flows, and process builders • Establish assignment rules, escalation rules, and auto-response rules • Build reports and dashboards from various internal data sources • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in collaboration with stakeholders • Perform data quality checks and cleansing tasks for accurate records • Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems • Train and support end users on software systems and processes • Analyze existing Salesforce data to identify patterns and improve data quality • Research and recommend third-party applications for operational efficiency • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams on business requirements • Monitor Salesforce releases and implement new features • Provide process improvement recommendations based on data analysis
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology • 2+ years of Salesforce CRM and CPQ administration experience • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification (mandatory) • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (flows, process builders, workflows) • Experience with platform customization, objects, fields, and layouts • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ including product rules and pricing structures • Experience re-engineering or updating existing Salesforce organizations • Basic data science skills for building reports and dashboards • Independent decision-making and creative problem-solving abilities • Experience in staff training and documentation • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities • Availability for 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST working hours
