Experience Required

2–4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or CRM Management is required. This experience level ensures you have hands-on knowledge of Salesforce operations while still being adaptable to NxtWave’s fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll need practical expertise in system configuration, data management, and stakeholder collaboration to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Salesforce operations including user management, data accuracy, and system performance monitoring
  • Configure fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation to align with evolving business requirements
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making
  • Manage CRM integrations with marketing automation, support systems, and analytics tools
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand and implement their CRM needs
  • Provide technical support and training to ensure smooth user adoption across teams
  • Maintain data hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, and validation processes
  • Identify automation opportunities to optimize workflows and improve system efficiency
  • Create comprehensive documentation for CRM configurations and integration workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration or CRM Management experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Reports, Dashboards, and Flow Builder
  • Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and automation tools like Zapier or Make
