Leadership & Team Management
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, providing technical guidance, support, and professional development opportunities • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage implementation timelines • Platform Governance: Manage governance and change control processes to ensure compliance, data integrity, and secure deployment practices
Technical & Strategic Responsibilities
• Platform Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, best-practice solutions • User Experience Focus: Ensure platform stability and user satisfaction through comprehensive support processes and training programs • Configuration Management: Handle all aspects of Salesforce configuration including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, approval processes, and custom settings • User Management: Oversee complete user lifecycle including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules • Environment Management: Manage sandbox environments and coordinate release management processes • Integration Oversight: Work with integrated applications including Calendly, Marketing Automation Tools, and Tableau • Roadmap Planning: Help maintain platform roadmap and define priorities in consultation with stakeholders • Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user training programs and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
