Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases, test plans, and automation scripts
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium with Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or HP ALM
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators to ensure quality releases
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations
- Apply problem-solving skills to continuously improve testing processes and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce testing (both manual and automation)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
