Responsibilities
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers to meet business requirements
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Transform business requirements into scalable technical implementations that enhance platform functionality
- Design, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications following industry best practices
- Automate business processes by creating and maintaining workflow automation and flows
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications, integrations, and system performance
- Participate in full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features to leverage platform capabilities effectively
- Ensure security compliance and adherence to Salesforce development standards
- Create technical documentation including user guides, release notes, and design specifications
- Manage Salesforce administration tasks and optimize core system functionalities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Salesforce development and customization
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Framework
- Experience with Salesforce clouds: Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, and field structures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, App Builder, or Administrator)
