Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce.com on a daily basis, including custom fields, page layouts, and record types
- Manage user administration, including profiles, licenses, roles, and permissions across teams
- Support integration efforts between Salesforce and platforms like DocuSign, Marketo, Conga, Zendesk, NetSuite, and Legal CLM
- Configure automation processes, workflows, and approval systems to boost operational efficiency
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business teams
- Provide training and support to users to increase adoption and satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce tools like Apex Data Loader, Developer Console, Workbench, and DemandTools
- Implement DevOps practices including version control with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using tools like Gearset or Copado
- Monitor system usage and perform regular backups to ensure data integrity
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
- 3-4+ years of hands-on Salesforce support experience
- Strong understanding of the Lead to Order process
- Knowledge of Salesforce API and integration methodologies
- Experience with CPQ solutions (Salesforce CPQ is a plus)
- Salesforce DevOps experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools
