Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Salesforce engagements as an engagement manager or technical lead
- Collaborate with project managers to oversee budgets, delivery schedules, and solution quality
- Facilitate workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, and design meetings
- Analyze complex business requirements, process models, and user stories to identify gaps
- Design and implement clear solution strategies tailored to each client’s needs
- Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud deliverables
- Provide clients with best practice recommendations based on industry standards
- Train business stakeholders on implemented solutions
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to internal process improvements
- Help evolve delivery methodologies and best practices within the Salesforce practice
Requirements
- Salesforce 211 (Advanced Admin) certification or equivalent 1–2 years of admin experience
- At least 1–2 years working with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
- 3+ years of declarative development experience on the Force.com platform
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- 2+ years working with Salesforce CPQ (preferably as an administrator or sales ops user)
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT)
