Responsibilities
- Partner with IT analysts and business users to capture, validate, and refine stakeholder requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and provide detailed estimates for Salesforce development efforts
- Create functional and technical design documents for Salesforce solutions
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows
- Configure and customize features across Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud
- Implement and maintain existing Salesforce customizations and integrations
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Support multiple parallel releases and ensure smooth rollouts across the enterprise
- Conduct root-cause analysis to eliminate defects and improve system performance
- Advocate for best practices in coding standards and Agile methodologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- At least 1 complete Salesforce.com implementation lifecycle
- Strong expertise in Apex, Aura (Lightning Components), and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid functional knowledge of Service Cloud and Community Cloud
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Web Services, SOAP, and XML
- Familiarity with integration platforms like Boomi (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
