Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users, production support engineers, and SREs for resolving application issues in live environments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions
- Develop and implement enhancements, customizations, and defect fixes to meet evolving business needs
- Manage incident resolution within agreed SLAs and coordinate with external partners like Salesforce, AWS, and Aria for platform-related escalations
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical activities including major incident resolution and release deployments
- Conduct thorough testing of enhancements and fixes to ensure production reliability and minimize defect leakage
- Debug complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis for system failures
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance system resilience and performance
- Deploy changes across multiple environments following defined processes and conduct AIS testing before production releases
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Experience Cloud
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience managing Salesforce applications in production environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality and industry best practices
- Expertise in integration technologies including REST and SOAP APIs, with troubleshooting skills
- Mandatory experience in the Telecom industry
- Prior exposure to maintenance and production support engagements with Salesforce
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and release automation processes
- Excellent communication and issue triaging skills
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Mulesoft for API integration
- Added advantage: Experience with Salesforce Industries (SFI) or Vlocity products
