Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Customization
- Design and develop custom applications using Salesforce Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Assist in the implementation and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative features.
- Work with HTML, JavaScript, and other front-end tools to enhance and maintain the Salesforce user interface.
Salesforce Administration
- Support basic Salesforce administration tasks, including managing user roles, profiles, permissions, and data maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform data imports/exports and assist with data quality management.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with senior developers, administrators, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Skills: Foundational experience with Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and basic Salesforce Administration tasks.
- Web Development Skills: Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
