Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform, develop custom Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with offshore and onsite teams. You will be responsible for user management, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user management and troubleshooting.
- Develop custom solutions using Visualforce, LWC, Apex, SOQL, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with teams for development and maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to Salesforce development best practices.
- Monitor system performance and conduct QA/performance testing.
- Assist with the implementation of new projects and features.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Visualforce, LWC, Apex, SOQL).
- Understanding of Salesforce Cloud products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.).
- Salesforce administration and configuration experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with QA testing and performance monitoring.
Work Hours:
1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (IST)
Pay Range:
₹10,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per year
