Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer at PwC, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integration solutions using APIs, middleware platforms, and web services
- Connect Salesforce with other systems, applications, and databases for seamless data flow and process automation
- Collaborate with diverse clients and team members on varying challenges and project scopes
- Analyze client needs and implement software solutions
- Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Work independently on deliverables while maintaining cross-team collaboration
- Handle data analysis and information management responsibly
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures
- Participate in unit/integration testing and UAT support
- Support data mapping and cleanup activities
- Assist with go-live readiness preparation and cutover activities
- Provide hypercare coverage after go-live
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/B.SC/B.Com/BBA)
- 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and SQL
- Proficiency in Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Previous application and software development experience
- Customer-facing interface development experience
- Minimum 1+ years as a Salesforce developer
- Mandatory: Strong working experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Specialized Experience (Any One):
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- DocuSign/CLM
- Community Cloud
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Pardot
- Salesforce Tableau
- Salesforce Slack
Additional Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Working knowledge of triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous methods
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Unit/Integration testing capabilities
Preferred Skills:
- Web Service REST and SOAP experience
- Salesforce.com integration with external systems using SOAP API
- Hands-on experience with LWC and Aura
- AutoRabbit DevOps tool experience
