Role Overview
As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will design, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our diverse clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce platform effectively serves their needs. Your responsibilities will range from building custom applications with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning to leading complex projects involving Certinia, Provus, FinancialForce, SFDC, and Tableau CRM (Einstein).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring business continuity.
- Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve platform capabilities.
- Lead projects and drive the implementation of Certinia, Provus, FinancialForce, SFDC, and Tableau CRM (Einstein) solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience working with Certinia, Provus, FinancialForce, SFDC, and Tableau CRM (Einstein).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git (a plus).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (a plus).
