Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Administrator at myKaarma, you will:
- Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts
- Handle all basic administrative functions, including user maintenance, page layout modifications, report and dashboard generation, and other routine tasks
- Gather and implement detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, and validation rules
- Manage and support Salesforce integrations
- Identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange
- Stay current with Salesforce’s capability roadmap and implement new features to solve business challenges
- Document customizations made in Salesforce
- Handle ticket requests through a queue with appropriate prioritization
- Create and administer training for users and provide one-on-one support
- Develop new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and web services
- Demonstrated track record of exercising independent judgment on projects and leading key components of larger initiatives
- Passion for using data and technology to achieve positive business outcomes
- Ability to work at least 6 hours overlapping with US working hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Willingness to travel to the US 1-2 times per year
